What is the Difference?
SteadyGROWpro (neutral color) is a low water retention media typically used for true hydroponic growing.

SteadyGROWpro H+ (brown color) is a high water retention media which is ideal for soilless growing.

With steadyGROWpro H+, water and nutrients can be introduced using various methods of sub or overhead irrigation systems.

Ordering

New Customer
If you do not have a user id for the steadyGROWpro shop site you will need to create an account. Click 'New Account' in the menu bar (Alternatively you can click here). Fill out the required data to create your account.

Signing In
You must sign in before you can place an order. Signing in is done by entering your user id and password. You can browse the shop without being signed in.

Placing Your First Order
To place an order you must first find items and add the items to your shopping cart. To find the item(s) that you are looking for, you can either browse the catalog or you can search for it using the search functionality. Browse the catalog here. Search for items here. Click 'Add to cart' when you have found the item you want. After you have clicked 'Add to cart', it is possible for you to see the item(s) in the shopping cart. Once you have all the items that you need you will need to place the order in the shop. This is done by clicking 'Submit Purchase'.

Checkout Process
Specify the address where you would like the merchandise shipped to. The shipping address can be an address other than the address on your account. After you have entered the shipping address information you are presented with the final order. You can confirm the billing and shipping address information, the product total, details on shipping costs and tax, if applicable. Once you have confirmed the order details, you will have the option of accepting the order by clicking the ‘Accept’ button. Upon acceptance of the order you will be directed to Authorize.net to submit your payment.

Payment Submission
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are the accepted credit cards for payment. You will enter the credit card payment information via Authorize.net’s secure payment form. Once your payment has been processed you will receive a transaction receipt directly from Authorize.net for your payment. You will also receive an order confirmation e-mail with the details of your order. Your credit card billing statement will show a charge from Syndicate Sales, Inc. for merchandise purchased on the shop site. All prices and payments are in US Dollars.

Your Account

Track Orders
You can view the orders that you have placed in the shop. This information is available via the ‘Account’ menu under the ‘Previous order(s)’ section. Once the order has shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail, including the FedEx tracking number for your order.

Change Password
If you want to change your password you can do so. It is recommended, that you change your password once in a while. You can change your password here.

Forgotten password
If you have forgotten your password we can create a new password for you and send it to the e-mail address provided when the account was originally set up. Click here to get a new password.

Shipping

Shipments
All orders will be shipped via common or small package carrier. Orders will generally ship within 24 hours of when the order is received.

Returns

Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with our product for any reason, returns will be accepted if submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Before returning any product, please contact our customer care department to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). Product returned must be in its original packaging, include all original material, and must be suitable for resell.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, credit will be issued for the purchase price of the product. No credit will be issued for outbound and return shipping costs. The purchase price of the product will be credited to the credit card used at the time of purchase.

SteadyGROWpro cannot be liable for product damaged in transit. Please inspect all product immediately upon receipt of your shipment and note any damage on the bill of lading or shipping document. Report these damages to the carrier for restitution.
